Monthly Strategy Day

We dedicate a day a month to supporting eachother and this is where the magic happens!

This in-person event is a chance for you to get out of the office and work 'on' the business, rather than 'in' it!

In the morning each member will give an update on their businesses and receive 360 degree feedback from the group, collaboratively tackling any challenges they may be facing, or support them with their strategies.

You will also have a chance to 'make an ask' of the rest of the group. This could be an introduction or referral for a business you would like to talk to.

Then after a delicious lunch you will hear from a guest speaker and any guests who want to visit the group with a view to joining, will also arrive.

Here is our agenda:

• 9.30-10am Arrivals and networking 
• 10am-12.30 Strategy session, where you provide an update on your business and can ask questions and get personalised feedback, as well as make your 'ask' for any introductions/referrals you are looking for
• 12.30-1.15pm Lunch and networking (this is where guests who are interested in joining can arrive)
• 1.15-2.15 Masterclass (these will still be recorded and added to The Vault)
• 2.15pm Any final questions, points for discussion, IGNITE/member events/news 2.30pm Close)

Private What's App Group
This is essential for that all important daily inspiration, motivation and support. You can ask for recommendations, suppliers, feedback or even just vent about something!

Not to mention we will also use this channel for strategic purposes too:

• Monday – Intention setting for the week.
• Wednesday – You will be prompted to ask a question / get support.
• Friday – Reflection – celebrate your wins with the group!

Members Platform & The Vault
This is where you can access a range of free tools and learning resources, as well as recordings of the monthly guest speaker.

Promotional Opportunities
Promotion of you and/or the business on our social media accounts, including live interviews giving you exposure to a new audience. You will also have first refusal on being a speaker or sponsor at our networking events.

New Member Approval
Sometimes our 'competitors' can actually be very complementary to our businesses. But we want you to feel completely safe and able to be open about the business, which is why whenever we have a request from someone to visit or join the group, you will be able to give your approval. Equally if you think there is too much crossover, or they are a direct competitor, you can decline them.

Tax Deductable

Remember, your membership fees are a legitimate business expense that can be deducted from your taxable income, potentially lowering your overall tax bill.
